We have owned apartments, houses and offices for many years and have therefore learned through experience what tenants want and need.  The Advantage of renting from a husband and wife owned business rather then a large corporation is that when you have a problem with a light bulb going out or not enough heat, or your office is too warm, you can call the owner - not a maintenance person who may not care when or how the problem is resolved.  Our GOAL IS TO KEEP OUR TENANTS HAPPY and we do our best at following up on any problems.
