I have been a tenant for Betz Properties for just a couple months, but even though the time is short, it is easy to see Ted runs a great building.  You are always seeing Ted here in the afternoon doing something to maintain or improve the building.  He drops by to talk, always enthusiastic, with a positive attitude.  He has advised me on ways to keep building costs down and acts quickly to replace broken support equipment like the recent furnace/AC replacement.  So I believe I have made the right choice and could be located in a better building, area, transportation access and great landlord like Ted.
